If you want a custom order, send me an email and we can chat about your idea! Custom orders work best when a person wishes to customize one of my designs with different colors. I will not do any custom orders that are based on an image that is not my own design.

All in-stock items are shipped via AnPost (Irish mail) within 1-2 business days. All other jewellery are made-to-order and take 1-2 weeks to ship. If you are worried about getting your jewellery in time for a special occasion, send me an email and I will do my best to accommodate you. Thank you for your patience in supporting handmade goods!

Free standard shipping for domestic and EU countries on all orders; Rest of the world - flat rate 20.00 EUR.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
International orders may be subject to import duties or delays while going through customs. Any additional charges such as import duties or other custom protocols are beyond our control and the recipient will be responsible for their payment. We advise that you contact your local customs office for further information.

In-stock jewellery can be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order and must be returned in the same condition as received (including packaging). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Made-to-order earrings are not returnable. However, on the rare occasion your jewellery arrives damaged please get in touch with me as soon as possible so I can make things right.

Please be mindful that our jewellery is delicate. We suggest avoiding direct contact with water, perfume, and lotions, as they may lead to tarnishing or discoloration. All jewellery is nickel-free.
Hang your earrings in between wears or lay flat. If the fringe gets curly, you can help it straighten out by gently running your fingers through it.
Each piece of jewellery is made of hundreds (most of them thousands) of high-quality Miyuki crystal beads, considered a "world standard" for their high quality, brilliance, and uniform shape. But at the same time, these beads are delicate and this is part of their beauty.

In the rare case your jewellery breaks, please contact me right away and I will try my best to accommodate repairs with minimal additional charge.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, I'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
