Native to the Mediterranean area, the carnation (Dianthus caryophyllus) is a widely cultivated fringe-petaled flower with a spicy fragrance.

Translated from Greek, carnation is often referred to as “flower of the gods.” It grew in the wild on the hillsides of Greece and is said to have been named by Greek botanist Theophrastus. The carnation’s history dates back to when it was used in garlands, art, and decor in ancient Greece and Roman times.

The carnation bracelet is non-adjustable and fits wrists up to 19cm.

This bracelet is perfect for all occasions adding an elegant touch to any outfit.

This item was designed and carefully handstitched by me with a needle and thread passing through each of the Miyuki Delica glass beads.

*Care: Please do not wear it in the water. Bright sun and water will affect the colour and finish of your beads. When you are not wearing your bracelet lay it flat.

The bracelet will arrive in a jewellery linen pouch, lovingly wrapped and ready to be gifted to someone special or as a treat to yourself!
